Metrum Panels are a functional solution for ground protection, made from sturdy, impregnated wood. Their high quality and moisture resistance make them suitable even in harsh weather conditions. With various lengths, they can be easily tailored to the specific needs of a given project. The installation of panels is carried out using construction machinery, allowing for quick and safe ground preparation. They are ideal for use on muddy and unstable terrains, as well as a base for structural elements such as stages, ramps, towers, or technical platforms. Their modular design allows for easy connection and configuration, providing flexible adaptation to any project. Metrum Panels are a durable, eco-friendly, and efficient alternative to traditional ground protection systems.

Applications:

  • access roads for heavy equipment,
  • maneuvering and storage areas,
  • wetlands and sandy areas,
  • work platforms and special constructions.

Metrum Road Plates – Versatile Solution for Temporary Surfaces

Metrum plates are a practical and modern solution for building temporary roads and technical access routes. Made of wood, they offer a lightweight alternative to traditional concrete slabs while maintaining adequate strength and stability. With a width of 100 cm and a thickness of 10 cm, they create stable driving lanes, ideal for hardening access to construction sites, containers, or warehouses.

Material Durability and Protection Against External Conditions

Each Metrum plate is made from high-quality wood, pressure-impregnated and joined with steel rods. The solid construction and precisely selected raw materials ensure resistance to moisture, mud, frost, and other adverse weather conditions. The plates do not delaminate or warp and can be reused multiple times in various locations.

Strength of Construction Under Intensive Use

The system of joining elements with steel rods ensures that the plates maintain stability even under the pressure of construction machinery, delivery trucks, or tractors. Thanks to impregnation and compact construction, the plates are resistant to bending, impacts, and mechanical damage. This makes them suitable for both stable ground and more demanding terrains – such as sand, clay soil, or organic ground.

Adaptable to Various Applications – Dimensions and Variants

Metrum road plates are available in several lengths – 300, 400, and 500 cm – with a standard width of 100 cm. Their thickness is usually 10 cm, translating to a weight of approximately 330 kg. For increased load capacity, the Metrum XL version with a thickness of 20 cm is available, recommended for the heaviest applications, such as oversized transport or crane platforms. The plates can be laid parallel or perpendicular, as well as create full surfaces – depending on the terrain and project requirements.

Simple Assembly and Quick Relocation

Due to their lighter weight compared to concrete prefabs, the assembly and disassembly of Metrum plates are quick and efficient – without the need for heavy equipment. The ability to quickly relocate is a significant advantage in the case of dynamically changing construction conditions. The natural wood structure allows the surface to blend with the surroundings and not visually dominate, which is important for temporary projects in public, green, and recreational spaces.
