Types of Road Plates
We offer a wide range of road plates designed for creating temporary and permanent surfaces on construction sites, industrial areas, technical facilities, and during outdoor events. Our offer includes aluminum, wooden, reinforced concrete, steel, plastic plates, and rubber mats – all tailored to specific applications, loads, and soil conditions.
The plates are used as access roads, maneuvering areas, ramps, temporary facilities, as well as communication paths during mass events. Thanks to various solutions, it is possible to quickly and safely prepare the area – both for heavy equipment and pedestrian or light vehicle traffic.
We ensure the availability of materials, transport, assembly, and professional advice at every stage. We select appropriate solutions depending on the investment needs and terrain conditions. We invite you to explore the details of our offer and to contact us.

Aluminum Plates
Aluminum plates combine low weight with exceptional strength, which is why they have been used for years in the construction of renewable energy sources, in the implementation of photovoltaic and wind farms, as well as at concerts, festivals, and outdoor fairs. The construction based on bolted joints ensures that the surface remains stable on both level and sloping or susceptible ground. The alloy’s resistance to corrosion allows for multiple assembly and disassembly without losing mechanical parameters. Depending on the expected load, you have two variants to choose from:
- Alu Deck HD
The Alu Deck HD model (215 × 300 × 5 cm, 270 kg) was created for tasks requiring maximum load capacity – it performs excellently under tracked cranes, heavy assembly cranes, and oversized trucks. Thicker ribbing and a double-grooved surface effectively distribute point pressures and protect the ground from damage. Thanks to its anti-slip profile, the plate remains safe even on wet or muddy surfaces. It is suitable for infrastructure construction sites, wind farm backyards, and technical zones of the largest musical events. Assembly with a single forklift allows over 500 m² of road to be laid in an hour, reducing site preparation time. - Alu Deck
Alu Deck (213.5 × 300 × 5 cm, 210 kg) retains the benefits of aluminum but simplifies transport and logistics on smaller projects due to its lower weight. The plate is recommended for medium loads: delivery vehicle traffic, construction tractors, or light basket cranes. The grooved surface minimizes slipping, and the profiled edges protect green or hardened ground. Popular applications include technological roads between PV turbine sections, container backyards, and temporary service parking lots. The bolted system eliminates play, ensuring the surface forms a uniform, safe working platform after laying.
Metrum Wooden Plates
Metrum is a best-selling wooden plate produced in lengths of 3 m, 4 m, and 5 m, a width of 1 m, and a thickness of 10 cm (XL version – 15 cm). The uniform, dense structure of pressure-impregnated pine wood ensures moisture resistance and multiple relocations. Metrum is most often laid in two tracks as a temporary road, but when greater load capacity is required, plates can be arranged transversely or edge-to-edge, creating full assembly yards. In practice, they perform excellently under excavator ramps, container backyards, or as infill for deep ruts. Simple-to-use handles allow them to be moved with a grabber or HDS forks, speeding up route construction by up to several dozen percent compared to traditional aggregate.
Reinforced Concrete Plates
Prefabricated reinforced concrete plates are made from C40/50 class concrete and spatial steel reinforcement, resulting in immense resistance to compression and abrasion. Non-protruding mounting handles allow plates to be laid flush, creating a smooth surface free of gaps – crucial in areas with high vehicular traffic intensity. MON and JOMB formats are standard, but elements can be made to size with milled ramp slopes. Plates are used in the construction of temporary roads for heavy transport sets, stabilization of aggregate storage yards, or logistics parking lots with high forklift traffic. Their immediate load readiness minimizes investment downtimes.
Flex Deck Plastic Panels
Flex Deck is a 100% recycled LDPE panel measuring 300 × 100 × 2 cm, flexible yet mechanically resistant. Ideal for mass events as lawn, tartan, or paving protection; it is also suitable for the construction of lightweight structures where limited ground load capacity requires quick communication path deployment. The snap lock allows tool-free installation, and the textured surface increases pedestrian and cart traction. Panels can be bent into an arch, easily guiding paths between exhibitor stands or tent halls. After the event, the entire surface is dismantled and stored on pallets, without generating construction waste.
Strong Wooden Plates
Strong is a three-layer glued plate (430 × 220 × 12.5 cm, 650 kg) with an alternating grain arrangement and tongue-and-groove connection. Increased stiffness and load-bearing surface make it an excellent base for cranes, mobile cranes, or steel warehouses. Plates are laid tightly, and the smooth surface minimizes the risk of tire or track damage. The natural elasticity of wood dampens micro-vibrations transmitted to the equipment, which is why Strong is often chosen for maneuvering yards during the assembly of prefabricated halls and steel structures.
Steel Plates
Steel plates made from 10 mm thick sheet metal (formats 200 × 300 cm and 150 × 300 cm) provide a surface with the highest resistance to cuts, abrasion, and point loads. They are ideally suited for heavy tracked machinery, drills, and the stabilization of technological trenches, as their small thickness does not significantly raise the terrain level. The surface can be grooved or smooth; optional transport lugs speed up plate movement with an HDS crane. After the investment is completed, the elements are easy to clean and reuse, reducing operational costs in the long term.
Heavy Deck Panels
Heavy Deck is a modular panel made of high-impact polypropylene, designed to protect surfaces during stadium concerts, industrial fairs, and complex earthworks. Thanks to its low weight, the technical team can lay over 1000 m² in one shift, protecting lawns, tartan, or paving from crushing and dirt. The profiled, anti-slip structure ensures safe movement of pedestrians and light service vehicles. Panels are equipped with corner locks, reducing surface spreading and maintaining a uniform plane even on slightly undulating surfaces.
Jomb Plates
Characteristic Jomb plates have an interlocking edge system that guarantees self-aligning and road stabilization without the need for additional support feet. C35/45 class concrete and precisely profiled “teeth” effectively transfer loads from vehicle axles to a larger ground area. For this reason, Jomb is recommended for the construction of permanent and semi-permanent access roads, industrial parking lots, and temporary parking areas in the logistics industry. Rapid assembly with an HDS crane shortens earthworks and allows the use of the finished surface almost immediately after laying.
Rubber Mats
Rubber mats (350 × 100 × 2 cm) reinforced with polyester fiber were created for ground stabilization with low load capacity and to protect fresh paving stones and curbs from cracking. The flexible rubber compound adapts to unevenness, evenly distributing the pressure of wheels and tracks. Mats are effective on the edges of construction sites, as a base for scissor lifts and scaffolding, or for temporary passage through city sidewalks. They can be repeatedly rolled up, cleaned, and transported to subsequent investments, significantly reducing operating costs and the amount of construction waste produced.
